The Picture House recently featured in the Guardian newspapers article on "Best British Cinemas". The article by Dixie Willis, featured in their G2 magazine on 17th June and was a list of the best places to watch films in Britain.

The Picture House was listed first under the section entitled "Most Beautiful Buildings" and was described as being like "a Bond villain's mountain hideaway"! The article and the full list of cinemas can be found online here .
